With nearly two decades of experience in the construction and development industry, Mr. Singh has transformed Jaswal Corp from a small local operation into a reputable and multifaceted organization recognized for its technical expertise, quality craftsmanship, and commitment to excellence.

Jimmy Mitilineos
Project Manager

Jimmy Mitilineos is a Project Manager with over two decades of hands-on experience spanning high-end residential systems, complex commercial installations, and medium-voltage industrial setups.

He began his career in New York as an electrician, working on projects ranging from upgrades for New York’s Department of Environmental Protection to the maintenance of EST fire alarm systems at a large-scale correctional facility.

In 2018, Jimmy relocated to Virginia, where he joined Jaswal Corp. There, he has led extensive hotel projects—managing teams, coordinating timelines, and ensuring the highest standards of quality.

Jimmy consistently brings precision, leadership, and a strong work ethic to every project he undertakes

Tabatha Praria
Director of Operations

With over 13 years of experience in the construction industry, I have built my career on a strong foundation of craftsmanship, accountability, and attention to detail. From early project involvement through final closeout, I take pride in delivering high-quality work while maintaining clear communication, tight schedules, and cost control.

What continues to drive my passion for construction is the ability to turn plans into reality—solving problems in real time, collaborating with strong teams, and seeing a project come together through thoughtful execution. I believe the details matter, and that consistent attention to those details is what separates a good project from a great one.

Construction is more than a career for me; it’s a profession I respect and remain committed to because of the people, the challenges, and the tangible results it delivers every day.

Outside of work, you can usually find me on the beach, recharging and enjoying time outdoors and spending time with family. 

Shelby Moore
Project Estimator / Assistant Project Manager

Shelby plays a key role in supporting commercial construction projects at Jaswal Corp through detailed estimating and reliable project coordination.

Shelby brings a strong attention to detail to every stage of the construction process, ensuring accuracy in takeoffs, pricing, and labor forecasting to support successful project delivery. She’s passionate about learning and continuously advancing in the field, taking pride in staying organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.

From pre-construction to project closeout, Shelby is committed to maintaining high-quality standards, building strong relationships, and ensuring each job runs smoothly.
